2025 Building Bridges Scholarship

The Natural Building Alliance represents a welcoming community of natural builders that values diversity in background, education, skill, talent, and ideas.  We recognize that there can be many visible and invisible barriers to participation in any kind of professional development conference. These can include physical barriers, like location, transportation, or accessibility of an event, social & cultural barriers, like gender, racial or religious biases, representing minority communities, as well as financial barriers.

The Building Bridges Scholarship seeks to span these gaps for at least two individuals who wish to attend the Fall 2025 Rocky Mountain Natural Building Conference and limited ability to attend without additional support.    

We invite individuals to apply for the Building Bridges Scholarship and share their interests, needs, and what they hope for best outcomes from attendance at the Conference.  The committee will review applications and finalize scholarship support based on the applicant pool received and funding available. We will do the best we can to support those who wish to attend to eliminate barriers to participation.

We also appreciate identification of what barriers you feel limit your ability to participate or register to attend the conference. 

Also, please let us know what you hope for best outcomes of your attendance. What do you hope you will gain and what will you do with it?

We will be awarding at least two scholarships, announced in July.
