Hempcrete Balls of Fun!
Get ready for some good, clean (well, a bit dirty, in fact…) fun. We’ll work with a variety of lime binders to produce hempcrete balls, which you can take home with you.
Keep them as-is, or add lime or clay at your discretion to create spherical globes of goodness!
Hemp hurds + lime binder + water = hempcrete

Jennifer spent over a decade helping grow Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage into a viable demonstration of sustainable and cooperative living. At Dancing Rabbit, Jennifer served on Village Land Use and Building Planning committees while working alongside passionate and committed folks to develop residential and community-scale sustainable architecture. Based in New England, HempStone provides full-service hempcrete and lime plaster design and construction services and supports the development of a carbon-beneficial construction industry as Regional Leaders of the US Hemp Building Association. She also teaches hempcrete and lime plaster at Yestermorrow Design/Build School in Vermont and travels extensively throughout the US to work with First Nations Communities and building construction companies.
