Pitfalls and Opportunities in the World of Building Science
The story of the twin brothers Enrico and Enrique, and their two (almost) identical projects.
In this entertaining and informative story of twin brothers Enrico (the geek) and Enrique (the rogue), the audience is guided through the potential pitfalls and opportunities in the world of building science.
There is particular focus on the idea that we often see overspending on ‘natural’ and/or specialty products that do not necessarily reduce the performance gap. Enrico and Enrique show the audience what is at stake in client expectations when we glaze over issues like condensation and moisture management, or when we try to throw money at a problem hoping products will deliver the promise.
