Many of you expressed interest in getting involved in the Committees / Work Groups that were introduced at the Member Meeting and followed up at the lunch tables at Rocky Mountain Natural Building Conference. Below is the list of committees that we are looking to staff. We can make big strides on some of these projects with just a few additional hours per month.

Research and Innovation
Conduct and compile research on the performance, safety, and sustainability of natural materials
Develop partnerships with universities, labs, and architects for collaborative studies and pilot projects
Create and compile white papers, case studies, and technical guides to distribute to builders, policymakers, and the public
Support small businesses in their growth via networking opportunities, seminars/workshops, funding partnerships
Ideal skill-sets: tapped-in to industry, advocacy, out-of-the-box thinking, good at research
